Funny you should ask. I just came up with my comic counterpart! Now, if I had an arch-nemesis (in the "real" world) they would be someone who is able to cause a lot of harm very quickly. It would be someone who did that kind of damage with little regard for the victims. I would aim to take this foe "off the board" once and for all. Not sure how I would do it, but I certainly wouldn't be the kind to let them get away to cause chaos another day.
